"The boat was excellent -"
The boat was excellent - we were very impressed with the food and the service.

The trip to the caves was very busy with other tourists, but this is inevitable I suppose.

"cabin: clean and well maintained."
cabin: clean and well maintained.
Staff was friendly and helpful. love them all!

The room smells when we first entered the room. Maybe can try to put air refreshener inside the room. overall the room was clean and neat.
The dish was so-so, but it has very good presentation.
I was expecting more on the activities, nothing much to do inside the boat other than fishing and karaoke. maybe can have board games.

"Thank you"
Thank you, Every thing went perfectly. Ken was absolutely great.

The only thing that was disappointing was the person acting as cashier was very bad with money and did not give us thw right change when we paid for our drinks on the boat. We did not realize this until we were off the boat. He short changed us by quite a few dollars.

"The food was good and plentiful."
The food was good and plentiful. We were never hungry. The staff was very friendly. The boat seemed clean and was not polluting, at least not as much as other boats in the bay

The sails never went up, so we did not get a beautiful boat photo. The guide talked about "animal rocks" a lot, but had no information on the geology or history. Some of the lights in the room were broken

"Oriental Sails."
One thing to note is that our driver back to Ha Noi from Ha Long Bay kept falling asleep while driving. This put us greatly at risk & as a result I have advised people NOT to use Oriental Sails.
